Rene Bartoli is a contemporary french guitarist. His song offers an interesting right hand pattern (aimiami). This song is melancholic and spanish sounding, although rene is italian. The interchange of bass and treble is note worthy. I hope you like this song as much as i enjoyed playing it.

Technique
This song consists of two 8 notes patterns (a i m i A i m i) and a slight variation on the 5th note (a i m i P i m i). First pattern uses the treble and the second uses the bass otherwise they are identical.

When you have mastered this aimiaimi and aimipimi interchange, there’s no stopping you. Go ahead, throw any old chords with this pattern and make it magical. Forget rock strumming when there are right hand patterns like these. If you want true strumming, google flamenco “rasgueados”.
